We are seeking a dedicated In-House Rental & Repair Technician to join our expanding team. This role is based in Spijkenisse, The Netherlands, and is crucial for providing in-house technical assistance for our comprehensive range of products.

As a Rental & Repair Technician, you will be integral to our growing team, delivering effective technical support to our customers in the Benelux region. Your expertise in electrical and electronic systems will be essential for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting various products. Additionally, you will handle administrative and reporting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-house testing, inspection, and repair of rental or customer equipment.
  • Ensure rental equipment is maintained in optimal working condition.
  • Verify the condition of equipment before and after rental using established checklists.
  • Monitor customer repair jobs and maintain accurate records in service databases.
  • Organize and maintain a clean workshop and storage facilities.
  • Assist the Rental & Repair team with order processing and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Electro/Hydrography/Subsea systems or equivalent experience.
  • Interest in hydrographic products and systems.
  • Strong knowledge of computer and network systems.
  • Proficient in administrative and reporting tasks.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
