Job Description

This exciting opportunity as a Key Account Manager is focused on promoting our portfolio of sustainability, HSE, and compliance services in the Building & Infrastructure market. With a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and prioritizing new potential clients, scaling existing relationships, and engaging with customers to understand their needs
  • Preparing business development plans, implementing measures, and achieving revenue targets
  • Managing contract negotiations, working closely with technical and commercial support teams
  • Participating in conferences, representing our services, and maintaining relationships with existing customers
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial discipline, or relevant industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of the building and infrastructure industry, ideally with a network of relevant contacts
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
Estimated Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum
