ICT Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Support Engineer to join our team at Yacht. As an ICT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal employees, ensuring that our IT systems and infrastructure are running smoothly and efficiently.
About the RoleThe ICT Support Engineer will be part of our ICT Operations and Core Services team, which consists of multiple disciplines within ICT to support our internal organization. You will be working at the ICT Service Centre and be responsible for supporting our internal employees, logging and handling of tickets, and resolving incidents or service requests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and ticket system
- Analyze and resolve incidents or service requests
- Contribute to resolving problems and improving our IT systems and infrastructure
- Guide others to resolve tickets and service requests efficiently
- Automate routine tasks with specialists
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar job (skilled service desk / help desk)
- Knowledge of FMIS like TOPdesk
- Experience working with Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, and Active directory
- Knowledge about Powershell, intune, SCCM or similar tooling is beneficial
- Market-conform salary, which can increase significantly per assignment
- Quarterly bonus or 13th month, depending on the applicable working conditions at the client
