ICT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ICT Support Engineer to join our international team at Vanderlande. As an ICT Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues around the world, providing technical support and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and user accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to internal employees worldwide.
- Handle questions and issues through our ticketing system, analyze and resolve incidents and service requests.
- Collaborate with local ICT contacts to support 9,000 workplaces globally.
- Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of different subjects to resolve a variety of tickets.
Requirements:
- At least an MBO 4 diploma in ICT and around 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, and Active Directory.
- Experience with TOPdesk, PowerShell, Intune, or SCCM is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
- Social and customer-oriented with a passion for automation and improvement.
