About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Support Engineer to join our international team at Vanderlande. As an ICT Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues around the world, providing technical support and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and user accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support internal employees worldwide, working alongside local ICT contacts.
- Handle questions and issues through our ticketing system, ask the right questions, and get to the root of the problem.
- Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests, whether it's related to hardware, software, or user accounts.
- Be part of a team that supports 9,000 workplaces globally.
Requirements
- You have at least an MBO 4 diploma in ICT and around 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, and Active Directory.
- Experience with TOPdesk, PowerShell, Intune, or SCCM is a plus.
- You are social, customer-oriented, and have strong communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
- You understand the importance of automation in a growing organization and contribute to improving the department every day.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of € 2808,64 to € 3771,61 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
