About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to join our team at Weir Minerals Netherlands. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in overseeing our current and future operations, providing advice on possible adjustments and improvements, and analyzing end-to-end processes and their associated data.
Key Responsibilities
- Help visualize the performance of our end-to-end processes using existing or improved solutions, or create new dashboards at different levels of the organization.
- Identify problems in the end-to-end process, whether raised by a business enquiry, detected by our business performance, or proactively raised by you.
- Research issues, report them to the department or parties involved, and deliver detailed reports to help management and teams work on solutions.
- Recommend solutions, advise management on the definition and improvement of KPIs, and think about restructuring the number or type of KPIs.
- Collaborate with the team, working with other Analysts, the operational excellence team, and colleagues from different departments to achieve a common goal.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mechanical/Business Engineering, or Technical Business Administration.
- Experience in data analysis within Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality.
- Knowledge of software services such as Power BI, Microsoft Azure, and SAP.
- Working with Microsoft Office 365, including PivotTables and Macros.
- Proven experience in improving internal processes and translating organizational areas for improvement into actions.

- A good base salary between EUR 3,928.92 and EUR 5,063.00 monthly gross on a full-time (40 hours per week) basis.
