Senior Procurement Strategic Program Manager

As a Senior Strategic Program Manager Indirect Procurement, you will have the opportunity to drive meaningful change by analyzing spend data, identifying cost-saving potential, and executing strategies to realize these savings within the assigned business unit. You will play a critical role in implementing global cost-saving initiatives and leading global projects. This position focuses on budget efficiency, generating savings, optimal contractual payment term negotiations, and vendor consolidation.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the procurement analytics team and finance team to conduct a comprehensive spending analysis and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Act as a critical bridge between global initiatives and the business unit, ensuring alignment with global strategies and objectives.
  • Drive the implementation of global category management strategies to achieve maximum efficiency and cost optimization.
  • Lead and manage projects associated with efficiencies, cost savings, contractual payment terms optimization, vendor consolidation, and other essential procurement areas.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and external partners to optimize spend management.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of procurement strategies and processes, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiencies and savings.


Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience preferably in Finance and/or Procurement.
  • Excellent leadership skills and change management mindset.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in project management.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to solve complex business problems.
  • Proficient in negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Results-driven with prompt decision-making capability.
  • Driven towards self-development and open to adapting to change.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English.
