About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of projects that develop and commercialize winning scent solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project planning, communication, and administration to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
  • Support the development of project plans, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and customers to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of customer portfolios, activities, strategies, and decision-making processes.
  • Contribute to the development of Commercial Value To Market strategies in liaison with Sales.
  • Assist with updating project status in PUMA and contribute to knowledge management within projects, accounts, and creative center.
  • Develop a full understanding of sampling and shipping processes and ensure information is up-to-date and according to business standards.
  • Support gathering, analyzing, and reporting for projects and within the creative center.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in Business English.
  • Proficient in computing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
