Job Title: A&D Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented A&D Project Coordinator to join our team in Hilversum, Netherlands. As a key member of our sales and project coordination team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer fragrance portfolios, activities, strategies, brands, markets, and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to build knowledge of Commercial Value-To-Market strategies.
  • Independently manage direct communication and project coordination with A&D partners in various countries.
  • Manage portfolio price maintenance in SAP and price list management.
  • Provide marketing support, including sending newsletters and presentations.
  • Enter and manage projects in IFF's Project Management System, PUMA.
  • Assign collection fragrances in PUMA to A&D partners under admin projects.
  • Manage Scents Online Portal requests and complaints.
  • Collect and provide regulatory documentation and answer basic regulatory questions.
  • Support sustainability requests, such as CO2 footprint.
  • Involved in supply chain management in some cases.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent business English skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Team player with a proactive work mindset.
  • Problem-solving skills and customer orientation.
  • Results-driven with business acumen.
  • Completed apprenticeship in Trade/Office Management or Bachelor's degree in business.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales assistant or project coordination/support roles.
  • Preferably experience in the fragrance industry, FMCG, or chemical industry.
