Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer fragrance portfolios, activities, strategies, brands, markets, and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales to build knowledge of Commercial Value-To-Market strategies.
  • Work independently with A&D Partners in various countries to facilitate day-to-day communication, project coordination, and other tasks.
  • Manage portfolio price maintenance in SAP and oversee price list management.
  • Provide marketing support, including sending newsletters and presentations.
  • Enter and manage projects in the IFF Project Management System "PUMA", ensuring timely closure of older projects and creation of new ones.
  • Assign collection fragrances in PUMA to A&D partners under administrative projects.
  • Manage "Scents Online" Portal requests and complaints.
  • Handle oil sampling, including data entry in "Pacman", follow-up, and sending.
  • Collect and provide regulatory documentation and respond to basic regulatory inquiries.
  • Support sustainability initiatives, such as CO2 footprint analysis.
  • In some cases, assist with supply chain management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent business English skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and SAP BW.
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Customer-oriented and results-driven.
  • Business acumen.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completed apprenticeship in Trade/Office Management or Bachelor's degree in business.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing sales assistant roles or project coordination/support positions.
  • Preferably, experience in the fragrance industry, FMCG, or Chemical industry.
