Job Overview:

International Flavors & Fragrances is seeking a skilled Sales and Project Coordinator to support our team in the fragrance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, managing projects, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of customer fragrance portfolios, activities, strategies, brands, and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to build Commercial Value-To-Market strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with A&D Partners in various countries, handling day-to-day communication, project coordination, and other tasks.
  • Manage SAP portfolio price maintenance and price list management.
  • Support marketing efforts by sending newsletters, presentations, and other materials.
  • Enter and manage projects in the IFF Project Management System (PUMA), closing older projects and creating new ones.
  • Assign collection fragrances in PUMA to A&D partners under admin projects.
  • Manage Scents Online Portal requests and complaints.
  • Handle oil sampling, entering data in Pacman, following up, and sending samples.
  • Collect and provide regulatory documentation and answer basic regulatory questions.
  • Support sustainability requests, such as CO2 footprint analysis.
  • Contribute to supply chain management in some cases.

Requirements:

  • Excellent business English skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a proactive work mindset.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Results-driven with business acumen.
  • Completed apprenticeship in Trade/Office Management or Bachelor's degree in business.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales assistant positions or project coordination/support roles.
  • Prior experience in the fragrance industry, FMCG, or Chemical industry is preferred.
