We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team at Simply Green B.V. in Almere, Netherlands. As a leading name in the CBD and cannabis industry in Europe, we are expanding our presence in the ES, DE & IT markets and require a sales professional to help us conquer these territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients in the ES, DE & IT markets to expand our customer base.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase Average Order Value (AOV) and Sales Order Value (SOW).
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize our CRM system, Hubspot, to record client interactions and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Interest in the CBD and/or regulated cannabis market.
  • Ability to follow process and use sales tools as instructed.
  • Professional-level spoken and written Spanish, German, or Italian is essential, along with professional-level English.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or direct sales, servicing multiple accounts.
  • Ability to develop strategies and use performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems is helpful.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to think creatively.
  • Demonstrable ability to build relationships and develop connections to improve sales and increase revenues.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary of €3,000 per month, complemented by an attractive commission structure (sliding scale) between 2% to 4%, with a proven On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential between €50,000 and €100,000. Additionally, a 1% override on existing business is included.

This is a four-stage process:

  • The application process will close on a specified date.
  • We will hold short initial screening interviews via Google Meet with potentially suitable candidates.
  • Follow-up face-to-face interviews for those who are a good match for the role.
  • A final face-to-face stage where suitable candidates will be asked to present their sales strategy to the interview panel.
