Corpay is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to new customers, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services in the market
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Min. 1+ years of work experience in comparable B2B sales environment or customer-facing sales role or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
