About the Position

We are seeking an outstanding postdoctoral researcher to join our team at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. The successful candidate will be part of the Business-Society Management department and the Corporate Communication Centre, conducting research in the field of corporate purpose and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct and publish research in the field of corporate purpose and communication
  • Contribute to the research centre and department's scholarship in this field
  • Engage in public outreach and engagement with stakeholders
Requirements

The ideal candidate has completed or expects to complete a PhD from a leading business school or a related field, with a focus on corporate purpose, leadership, or communication. The candidate should demonstrate a potential for excellence in research, with a track record of publications in highly ranked journals.
