We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our team at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. The successful candidate will be part of the PRESENT project, which focuses on the impact of school closures on educational performance and school-to-work transitions.
The postdoctoral researcher will design and conduct quantitative research on linked survey and administrative data to investigate the effects of school closures on educational outcomes. The researcher will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of researchers and professionals to interpret the findings and develop concrete interventions for policy and practice.
The ideal candidate will have a PhD in behavioral sciences, social or health psychology, economics, sociology, or a related field. They will have a strong affinity with the field of behavior and infectious diseases/pandemics, as well as excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret quantitative data effectively.
The postdoctoral researcher will be based at the Erasmus School of Social and Behavioural Sciences and will work closely with the team to develop and execute research projects. The position is for 0.8 FTE - 1.0 FTE and the salary is dependent on experience and knowledge.

Requirements- PhD in behavioral sciences, social or health psychology, economics, sociology, or a related field
