We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at Software Improvement Group. As a key member of our Market Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all customer processes, including onboarding, planning, training, and project management, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at various business levels, identifying commercial opportunities and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the Market Team to develop and implement initiatives that improve customer intimacy and organizational efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of our Customer Success Management (CSM) community, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Information Technology or Business Information Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT, with a strong understanding of software quality assurance and customer success management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
