We zoeken een ervaren Customer Success Manager om ons team te versterken. Als Customer Success Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succes van onze klanten. Je bouwt sterke relaties op, identificeert proactief uitdagingen en biedt oplossingen die waarde toevoegen voor zowel de klant als Triply.
Verantwoordelijkheden- Versterken van relaties met klanten door een constante en betrokken communicatie.
- Proactief identificeren van knelpunten bij bestaande klanten en samen oplossingen definiëren die aansluiten op hun behoeften.
- Zorgdragen voor het succes van huidige proposities en ervoor zorgen dat klanten maximaal profiteren van onze diensten.
- Verhogen van klantwaarde voor Triply door het identificeren van nieuwe mogelijkheden en het vertalen van deze mogelijkheden in nieuwe projecten en diensten.
- Verzamelen en analyseren van klantfeedback om productverbeteringen te stimuleren.
- Fungeren als schakel tussen de klant en interne teams zoals productontwikkeling, sales en support om klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en bent in staat om effectief te schakelen tussen verschillende stakeholders.
- Eervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in de IT-sector.
- Kennis van Nederlandse uitvoeringsorganisaties, de cultuursector en/of ministeries is een pré.
- Je bent klantgericht, proactief en hebt een oplossingsgerichte mentaliteit.
- Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en kunt data gebruiken om klantinzichten te genereren en verbeteringen voor te stellen.
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt goed omgaan met deadlines en prioriteiten.
- Een goed salaris tussen de €4500 en €5500, afhankelijk van ervaring.
- 12% pensioenbijdrage bovenop je salaris.
