Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to oversee the entire Customer Support department at Page Personnel. This key leadership role involves managing, mentoring, and staffing a team of four employees to ensure seamless customer support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all incoming inquiries and issues for efficient resolution.
  • Supervise the field service team consisting of seven mechanics, ensuring coordination between the Customer Support office and field operations.
  • Stay up-to-date on ongoing processes such as delivery timelines, order details, points of sale, product information, and technical specifications.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with international operations and collaboration with service partners.
