About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at Software Improvement Group. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our software solutions by our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all customer processes, including onboarding, planning, training, and project management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify commercial opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Information Technology or Business Information Management.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in IT, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
