About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Radancy. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for guiding our clients throughout the talent journey, from initial orientation to the final application. This includes setting up recruitment sites, employer branding, and recruitment campaigns, referral programs, programmatic advertising, and optimizing existing products and services.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for your client portfolio.
- Proactively advise and act as a trusted partner for our clients.
- Prepare clear briefings for both our clients and internal teams.
- Maintain solid relationships with your clients and understand their needs and challenges.
- Translate client feedback, goals, and needs into actionable insights for our internal teams to improve our products and services.
- Analyze data and KPIs and make optimization recommendations based on individual client objectives.
- Prepare, organize, and follow up on quarterly evaluation sessions with clients.
- Identify potential growth and expansion opportunities promptly.
