Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business unit strategies
- Lead and manage a team of global experts to develop next-generation products
- Collaborate with architects, business units, advanced technology, and software organizations to drive consensus and coordination
- Manage budgets of $5-20M and lead resource planning and budgeting efforts
- Provide technical leadership, vision, and strategy to team members, peers, and senior executives
- 10+ years of experience in Research & Development, Product Engineering
- University technical degree and PhD/MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of people management experience
- Experience running budgets of $5-20M
- Outstanding interpersonal, collaborative, communicational, strategical, planning, and organization skills
