Als Customer Support Medewerker ben je dagelijks in contact met klanten uit verschillende landen. Vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Veghel ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega verkopers die vragen hebben over het importeren, exporteren, transporteren en verschepen van voertuigen.
Wat ga je doen?- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van complexe orders en het plannen van transporten;
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
- Je bent communicatief sterk, hebt een proactieve houding en werkt nauwkeurig;
- Je bent een echte teamspeler die klaar is om samen met ons verder te groeien;
