We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Management Strategist to join our Global Business Services (GBS) organization. As a Change Management Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving organizational and behavioral change across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for complex projects and programs
- Manage change management efforts across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate change management activities into project plans and timelines
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to inform change management strategies
- Develop and implement communication plans to ensure effective messaging and stakeholder engagement
- Measure change sentiment and adjust change management plans accordingly
- Partner with leaders to ensure effective change sponsorship and support
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective change management
- Proven experience in organizational change management, with a strong track record of successfully leading change management efforts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
- Competent in dealing with ambiguity and possessing a solutions-oriented approach
