Job Title: Customs and Excise Specialist

We are seeking a driven and experienced Customs and Excise Specialist to join our growing organization in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the maintenance of our AEO status;
  • Keep Master data files up-to-date;
  • Timely preparation and submission of customs and excise declarations and returns;
  • Monitoring of customs and excise files;
  • Timely preparation and submission of CBS declarations;
  • Preparation and submission of monthly statements on excise duties;
  • Clearing of incoming eADs and checking the timely clearing of outgoing eADs.
Profile
  • Graduate of MBO studies in Administration with 4 years of experience, particularly in Customs and/or Excise;
  • Particularly a (Assistant) Customs and Excise Declaration obtained, this is a significant advantage;
  • Affinity with or proven interest in Customs and Excise;
  • Full availability and willingness to take 1 week of leave every 3 weeks;
  • Strong command of Dutch, both in writing and speaking;
  • Particularly worked in or experience with the oil and biofuel sector, this is a significant advantage.
