Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Host Lead to join our team at The Wittenberg. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for supervising and training our House Host team, providing exceptional guest service, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service at every stage of the guest journey, from initial reservation to check-out.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train our House Host team to ensure that they are providing the highest level of service to our guests.
  • Revenue Maximization: Continuously look for opportunities to maximize revenue and occupancy levels.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify and promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities to our guests.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our House Host team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Operations Support: Support our Assistant General Manager to ensure that our Housekeeping and Maintenance Teams are consistently achieving a high standard of apartments.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage reservations, take payments, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in written and spoken English language.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • IT Skills: Proficient with IT systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer-focused role in hospitality, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
