Project Management Excellence Specialist

Prodrive Technologies, a world-leading company in the design and manufacturing of high-quality electronics and mechatronic systems, is seeking an experienced project manager/PMO expert to reinforce our central PMO Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-create and deploy a new standard for excellence in project execution, including the development and implementation of project management standards and processes, such as project planning, finance, risk management, reporting, and change control.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain new tools and templates to support project management best practices.
  • Create training materials and instructions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption.
  • Provide training (train-the-trainer) to ensure that project managers and stakeholders have the necessary skills and knowledge to execute projects successfully.
  • Drive discipline in execution by ensuring process and tool usage and data accuracy, and supporting continuous embedding of our business processes.
  • Drive compliance with internal and external regulations, and organize and plan steer meetings to ensure timely and thorough preparation of documentation.
  • Create management reports for portfolio steering to inform business decisions.
  • Act as a contact person for improvement initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement, bridging the gap between business processes.

  • Team player who enjoys working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams with the ability to work independently.

Profile:

  • Master's degree (MSc) in technical and/or project management direction.
  • 5-10 years of working experience as a PM(O) expert or experience as a Project Manager in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Experience with the stage gating process and gate reviews.
  • Experience with the implementation of change and improvement projects.
  • Experience in leading a team and individual people is a preference.
