Project Management Excellence Specialist

Prodrive Technologies, a world-leading company in the design and manufacturing of high-quality electronics and mechatronic systems, is seeking an experienced project manager/PMO expert to reinforce our central PMO Center of Excellence.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with our Business Lines to drive excellent project, program, and portfolio management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project management standards and processes, including project planning, finance, risk management, reporting, and change control.
  • Design and deploy new tools and templates to support project execution.
  • Create training materials and instructions to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Provide training and coaching to project stakeholders on project management best practices.
  • Drive discipline in execution, ensuring process and tool usage, and data accuracy.
  • Support the continuous embedding of our business processes and drive compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Organize and plan steering meetings, maintain minutes, and create management reports for portfolio steering.
  • Act as a contact person for improvement initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (MSc) in technical and/or project management direction.
  • 5-10 years of working experience as a PM(O) expert or experience as a Project Manager in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Experience with the stage gating process and gate reviews.
  • Experience with the implementation of change and improvement projects.
  • Experience in leading a team and individual people is a preference.
