Customer Service Role Overview
Assurant is seeking a skilled Customer Service Associate to join our European Claims team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for assessing and resolving insurance claims for one of the largest telecom & automotive brands in the Netherlands/Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and resolve insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Excellent command of the Dutch language
- Good listening and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid setting
