Job Title: L1 Desk Support Specialist

Job Summary:
STAFIDE is seeking a highly skilled L1 Desk Support Specialist to join our team. As an L1 Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling call intake, registration, and prioritization primarily via functional email and phone, occasionally using IT-Service Now Vanilla. You will also resolve and close calls if within the supplier's span of control, dispatch calls to other services/helpdesks as needed, monitor SupplierNet calls and provide regular updates to customers, execute standard changes, manage supplier accounts by creating and modifying vendor accounts, and oversee RSA token management including assignment, activation, renewal, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle call intake, registration, and prioritization primarily via functional email and phone, occasionally using IT-Service Now Vanilla.
  • Resolve and close calls if within the supplier's span of control.
  • Dispatch calls to other services/helpdesks as needed.
  • Monitor SupplierNet calls and provide regular updates to customers.
  • Execute standard changes.
  • Manage supplier accounts by creating and modifying vendor accounts.
  • Oversee RSA token management including assignment, activation, renewal, and distribution.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a supplier helpdesk or related support role.
  • Proficiency in handling calls from European customers.
  • Experience with Microsoft tools.
  • A keen interest in learning SAP and transitioning into L2 support.
