Customer Support Specialist

At Next-Link, we are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supplier service desk, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our suppliers via various communication channels. Your primary goal will be to resolve and close calls that fall within the supplier's scope of control, while also dispatching calls to other service desks or teams as necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing RSA tokens and creating/modifying supplier accounts. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and are proficient in Dutch and English, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to suppliers via email, phone, and IT ServiceNow.
- Resolve and close calls that fall within the supplier's scope of control.
- Dispatch calls to other service desks or teams as necessary.
- Manage RSA tokens and create/modify supplier accounts.
- Assist in vendor account creation and modifications.
- Monitor SupplierNet-related calls and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Experience in customer support, preferably handling European clients.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools; eagerness to learn SAP.
