Customer Support Specialist

At Next-Link, we are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer support, preferably handling European clients, and be proficient in Dutch and English. The role involves receiving and logging calls/emails from suppliers, prioritizing and documenting issues, and resolving calls within the supplier's scope of control. Additionally, the candidate will assist in vendor account creation and modifications, and monitor SupplierNet-related calls for timely follow-up and closure. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to learn and understand the SAP system, stepping up to handle L2 support over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and log calls/emails from suppliers via client functional email box, phone, and occasionally IT ServiceNow.
- Prioritize, register, and document supplier issues or queries.
- Resolve and close calls that fall within the supplier's scope of control.
- Dispatch calls to other service desks or teams as necessary.
- Create and modify supplier accounts (S-accounts).
- Manage RSA tokens (assign, activate, renew, distribute) via ASML Central Helpdesk.
- Assist in vendor account creation and modifications.
- Monitor all SupplierNet-related calls and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Learn and understand the SAP system, stepping up to handle L2 support over time.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Experience in customer support, preferably handling European clients.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools; eagerness to learn SAP.
