Key Responsibilities
  • Manage supplier relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Process and prioritize supplier inquiries, escalating complex issues to senior teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of supplier-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of SAP systems to provide advanced support.

As a key member of the Next-Link team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our suppliers. This includes managing relationships, resolving issues, and providing technical support.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Dutch and English.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably handling European clients.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools; eagerness to learn SAP.
