About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at PREMIER SUITES PLUS Amsterdam. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Reception: Provide a warm welcome to our guests and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and recommendations to enhance their stay.
  • Administrative Support: Handle reservations, manage guest accounts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication Hub: Serve as the central point of contact for guests and internal departments, facilitating seamless communication.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold our standards of excellence through attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.

Requirements
  • Experience in a guest/customer-oriented role.
  • Degree from a hospitality-related program or currently pursuing a similar program.
  • Available for 32 to 38 hours per week.
  • Customer-focused, flexible, and enthusiastic.
  • Familiar with Amsterdam to provide recommendations to our guests.
  • Proficiency in the necessary languages (Dutch, English, and a second foreign language is a plus) both spoken and written.
  • Good computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
