About the Role

The Digital Portfolio Analyst plays a crucial part in our IT Global Project and Resource Portfolio, providing data insights to the executive team to support informed decision-making in IT investments management.

This role involves analyzing projects, workload, and resource data, developing reports on these assets, and collaborating closely with resource managers, the Project Management Office, and Business Unit (BU) IT Managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and improve IT Portfolio Management methodologies and processes.
  • Design and implement dashboards, graphics, KPIs, and reports for executive management and others, driving the improvement of projects to be implemented.
  • Support the development of portfolio strategy, risk management, and forecasting, and embed project management methodologies effectively.
  • Experience using project management and scheduling software, writing procedures, and documenting processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of working experience as a senior project or portfolio manager in an (international) IT organization.
  • Proven experience in Portfolio Management in large, complex enterprises using Portfolio Management systems (e.g., Planview).
  • Certification in IPMA, PMP, Prince2, or similar. Recent experience with Scrum and/or Agile is a plus.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
