About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Digital Service Development and Delivery team at Marel. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing technical and production data from customer systems to identify opportunities for improvement.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer process performance to identify performance losses, abnormalities, and trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Train customers on the use of digital analytics solutions and interpret data correctly.
  • Support customers with data-related questions and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to present data insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software and technologies.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel and Tableau.
