As the Global Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Global Rewards Center of Excellence.
The Corporate HR department is expanding, and we are eager to welcome a new member to our diverse team. You will collaborate with the Global Rewards Team, which includes the Global Head of Total Rewards and two Total Rewards Managers, to design and implement comprehensive global compensation and benefits policies, procedures, frameworks, tools, and systems.
In this position, you will report directly to the Global Head of Total Rewards & Mobility.
This hybrid role offers flexibility, allowing you to work partially from home and from one of our offices.
YOUR KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, enhance, and implement competitive global compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Align job evaluation practices across various regions.
- Lead the global annual Compensation Review process.
- Design and refine administrative procedures and provide requirements for HRIS systems to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee international pension programs and other significant benefits.
- Collaborate closely with local HR teams to support business leaders in different regions.
- Assist in the design and management of Executive Reward policies and practices.
- Support various Reward initiatives with our stakeholders.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 5 years in an international matrix organization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- International experience, particularly in Europe, North America, Asia, and China.
- Self-motivated, independent professional, eager to lead and complete recurring processes and projects.
- Team player, open to learning, sharing, and developing best practices.
- Agile, flexible, and pragmatic work approach.
- Detail-oriented, organized, solution-focused with strong analytical skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems (preferably SAP/SuccessFactors).
- Familiarity with international benefit programs (e.g., pension).
- Experienced in Job Evaluation (ideally using Hay Korn Ferry methodology).
- Highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or German is an advantage.
- Project Management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experienced in driving change within a complex international environment with multiple stakeholders.
