About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Journey Expert to join our Investments team at ING. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for onboarding the Italian investment proposition on our shared platform, working closely with Italian colleagues to translate the Italian proposition to the journeys offered by the shared platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the gaps between the current proposition in Italy and the way we work in the Netherlands and Belgium;
  • Engage with stakeholders to determine what is necessary for go live for the first Italian deliverable, what we will take as improvements and which features don't fit the strategy anymore;
  • Translate these requirements into a roadmap with clear timelines, that helps meet a timely enrollment of Italy to our platform;
  • Create stories together with IT according to the roadmap and test the deliveries.
Requirements
  • Current residency in the Netherlands and excellent English and Dutch skills both verbally and written;
  • A passion for investments and a good knowledge of what investment products are and what the rules and regulations are to offer them;
  • A strong affinity with Business to IT and a digital first mindset;
  • Ability to handle pressure and keep on smiling even when you need to tell people 'no' or explain why you cannot meet timelines or requests;
  • Experience with stakeholder management and context switching;
  • Not afraid to proactively contact people and gather information you need to do your job.
What We Offer
  • A salary tailored to your qualities and experience;
  • 36 or 40 hour workweek;
  • Individual leave: 24+2 individual holiday days based on 36 hr workweek;
