Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Stericycle is a leading provider of compliance-based solutions that protect people and brands, promote health and well-being, and safeguard the environment.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our services to customers and prospects at a national level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential customers and liaise with sales executives to book appointments.
- Promote a positive and professional sales attitude in the office and ensure that Stericycle's high standards for customer service, security, and environmental consciousness are maintained.
- Set goals with the sales manager to ensure targets are achieved on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Make a high volume of outbound calls on behalf of the business daily and respond to and target prospects through tele-sales activities.
- Meet or exceed productivity and activity targets set out in the annual performance agreement.
Requirements:
- Experience with making appointments and telemarketing.
- Ability to understand the benefits of our services and transfer them professionally.
- Professional experience in a sales-oriented environment with targets.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work on different campaigns.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows environment.
