Sales Role Overview
Stericycle is a leading provider of compliance-based solutions that protect people and brands, promote health and well-being, and safeguard the environment. We are seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the organization's sales interests and representing the company at a national level.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential customers and liaise with Sales Executives to book appointments for them to present Shred-it document destruction services.
- Set goals with the Sales Manager to achieve targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to respond to and target prospects through tele-sales activities.
- Complete and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
Requirements
- Experience with making appointments and telemarketing.
- Ability to understand the most important benefits of the service and to transfer them professionally.
- Professional experience in a sales-oriented environment with targets.
- Strong reporting skills and ability to work on different campaigns.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to adapt easily.
