Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Stericycle, a leading provider of compliance-based solutions, seeks a skilled Inside Sales Representative to promote our services and connect with customers nationwide.
Position Purpose:
This role involves representing the sales interests of the company, promoting a positive and professional image, and ensuring the organization's high standards for customer service, security, and environmental consciousness are maintained.
- Initiate contact with potential customers and liaise with sales executives to schedule appointments for service presentations.
- Promote a positive and professional sales attitude in the office and adhere to the company's standards for customer service, security, and environmental awareness.
- Set goals with the sales manager to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Complete and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
- Meet or exceed productivity and activity targets set out in the annual performance agreement.
- Provide daily input to the sales force, including opportunity identification and lead generation.
Requirements:
- Experience with making appointments and telemarketing.
- To fully understand the benefits of the service and to be able to transfer them professionally.
- Professional experience in a sales-oriented environment with targets.
- Being able to work on different campaigns and adapt easily.
- Good reporting skills.
- Inventive and flexible.
- Energetic and highly motivated.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Windows environment.
- Disciplined and efficient.
