Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Cyient. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating, analyzing, and pursuing corrective and preventive actions for Landing gear products and system quality problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and analyze quality problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Provide statistical information for quality improvement by determining and applying testing and inspection methods and criteria.
  • Coordinate and guide technical evaluations, analysis, and related data acquisition processes to ensure division quality objectives are achieved.
  • Drive supplier quality management activities in line with client's control procedures and relevant regulatory standards.
  • Liaise between Receiving/Inspection team and Supplier Quality team relating to supplier's non-conformance, supplier's quality performance, trends, and corrective actions.
  • Assure the timely processing of nonconforming materials and assist in the disposition process by participating in failure analysis and corrective action investigations as a member of the Material Review Board (MRB).
  • Drive prioritized supplier nonconformance management and root cause analysis.
  • Prepare reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing supplier data and making recommendations.
  • Ensure that nonconforming material is dispositioned in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with Supplier Quality team on all initiatives relating to supplier quality performance.
  • Track supplier performance trends and perform quality trend analysis from supplier base and facilitate corrective actions as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or bachelor's degree with 3 to 6 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Read and understand Aerospace components Engineering and Stage drawings.
  • Work location: Papendrecht, Netherlands.
  • Must have working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Access and Excel.
  • Excellent reporting and writing skills.
  • You speak and write English well. Dutch is also important.
