Job Summary

Cyient is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating, analyzing, and pursuing corrective and preventive actions for Landing gear products and system quality problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and analyze quality problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and processes.
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance).
  • 3-6 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Access and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Professional certifications in quality assurance (e.g., CQA, CQE).
  • Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
