Quality Assurance Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Cyient. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and analyze quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Provide statistical information and insights to support quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality objectives.
  • Coordinate and guide technical evaluations, analysis, and data acquisition processes to ensure division quality objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and implement quality management processes to drive supplier quality performance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Ensure the timely processing of nonconforming materials, and participate in failure analysis and corrective action investigations as a member of the Material Review Board.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Access and Excel.
