Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Cyient. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating, analyzing, and pursuing corrective and preventive actions for Landing gear products and system quality problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and analyze quality problems to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective quality management and process control.
  • Provide statistical information and analysis to support quality improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate and guide technical evaluations, analysis, and related data acquisition processes to ensure division quality objectives are achieved.
  • Drive supplier quality management activities in line with client's control procedures and relevant regulatory standards.
  • Liaise between Receiving/Inspection team and Supplier Quality team relating to supplier's non-conformance, supplier's quality performance, trends, and corrective actions.
  • Assure the timely processing of nonconforming materials and assist in the disposition process by participating in failure analysis and corrective action investigations as a member of the Material Review Board (MRB).
  • Drive prioritized supplier nonconformance management and root cause analysis.
  • Prepare reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing supplier data and making recommendations.
  • Ensure that nonconforming material is dispositioned in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with Supplier Quality team on all initiatives relating to supplier quality performance.
  • Track supplier performance trends and perform quality trend analysis from supplier base and facilitate corrective actions as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or bachelor's degree with 3 to 6 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Read and understand the Aerospace components Engineering and Stage drawings.
  • Work location: Papendrecht, Netherlands.
  • Must have working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Access & Excel.
  • Excellent reporting and writing skills.
  • You speak and write English well. Dutch is also important.
