Als medewerker bij Hollister Co. Stores ben je de houdstroom van de verkoopvloer. Je bent onze klantenservice specialist die ervoor zorgt dat klanten een geweldige ervaring hebben in onze winkel. Je bent extravert, stijlvol en behulpzaam, en je hebt een scherp bewustzijn van de winkelomgeving.
Wat ga je doen?
- Klantenervaring: Je bent onze klantenservice specialist die ervoor zorgt dat klanten een geweldige ervaring hebben in onze winkel.
- Winkelpresentatie en verkoopvloer: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van een aangename winkelomgeving.
- Communicatie: Je bent in staat om gesprekken aan te gaan en contact te maken met klanten door op een oprechte en duidelijke manier te communiceren.
- Asset Protection & Shrink: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het helpen voorkomen van diefstal en verlies.
- Beleid en procedures: Je bent op de hoogte van onze beleid en procedures en volgt deze op.
- Training en ontwikkeling: Je bent geïnteresseerd in verdere ontwikkeling en opleiding om je vaardigheden te verbeteren.
Wat je nodig hebt:
- Vloeiend in Engels - Nederlands is een optie maar wordt gewaardeerd.
- Aanpassingsvermogen / Flexibiliteit: Je bent in staat om je aan te passen aan verschillende situaties.
- Toegepast leren: Je bent een zelfstandig leraar die je eigen leermethoden ontwikkelt.
