Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Organizational Change Management team in driving progress towards our transformation goals. As an Organizational Change Management Intern, you will assist in developing, planning, and implementing effective change strategies to improve our IT organization.

Your Assignment

Within the IT Office of the CIO (OCIO), the Strategy and Innovation department focuses on orchestrating the organizational change within IT. This includes improving our Agile Operating Model, changing our organizational culture and behavior, and strengthening the relationship with our internal and external customers. Your tasks may include:

  • Driving change in the IT organization by collaborating in organizational change Epics.
  • Supporting the facilitation and steering discussions, decisions, and driving progress.
  • Identifying and mitigating the impact of change within the IT organization, and realizing the required behavioral changes that come with the transformation.
  • Supporting in setting a vision and roadmap for the future IT organization together with the transformation team.
  • Participating in rituals to provide regular updates on the transformation progress.
  • Organizing events to support organizational changes.

Your Profile

To be a successful candidate, you should have a bachelor or master degree in Organizational Studies or a related field, be passionate about change, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. This is a 4/5-day per week, 5-month internship starting in September 2024.
