We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Organizational Change Management team in driving progress towards our transformation goals. As an Organizational Change Management Intern, you will assist in ensuring the right people are involved, manage stakeholders, create implementation plans, and effectively implement improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Organizational Change Managers to drive change in the IT organization by participating in organizational change Epics.
- Support the facilitation and steering of discussions, decisions, and progress.
- Identify and mitigate the impact of change within the IT organization, and realize the required behavioral changes that come with the transformation.
- Support in setting a vision and roadmap for the future IT organization together with the transformation team.
- Participate in rituals to provide regular updates on the transformation progress.
- Organize events to support organizational changes.
- Bachelor or master student in Organizational Studies or related to organizational change.
- Passionate about change.
- Pro-active and a strong communicator.
- Exhibit curiosity and question the status-quo.
