Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Organizational Change Management team in driving progress towards our transformation goals. As an Organizational Change Management Intern, you will assist in ensuring the right people are involved, manage stakeholders, create implementation plans, and effectively implement improvements.

Your Assignment

Within the IT Office of the CIO (OCIO), the Strategy and Innovation department focuses on orchestrating organizational change within IT. This includes developing, planning, and implementing effective change strategies to improve the IT organization. Your tasks may include:

  • Collaborating with Organizational Change Managers to drive change in the IT organization
  • Supporting the facilitation and steering of discussions, decisions, and progress
  • Identifying and mitigating the impact of change within the IT organization
  • Supporting the development of a vision and roadmap for the future IT organization
  • Participating in regular updates on transformation progress
Your Profile

To be a strong candidate for this internship, you should have a bachelor or master's degree in Organizational Studies or a related field, be passionate about change, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. You should also be proactive, curious, and willing to question the status quo.
