Introduction

ASML is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR&O Strategy team in various activities related to global HR communication and events. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our HR&O community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Support: Assist in managing tasks such as requesting quotes from suppliers, scheduling calls, and supporting the organization of events from start to finish.
  • Communication Coordination: Help coordinate HR communication activities, develop engaging communication materials, and participate in key communication meetings.
  • Project Assistance: Support a new HR&O initiative from a project management perspective and help set up a Community Journey within HR.
Requirements
  • Bachelor/HBO or master student in HR, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, fluent in English (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently, build and maintain relationships, and show initiative.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a multicultural team.
