Introduction

ASML is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR and O Strategy team. As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and delivery of global HR and O communication and events towards our key stakeholders and building our HR and O community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Support: Manage tasks such as requesting quotes from suppliers, scheduling calls, and supporting the organization of events from start to finish.
  • Communication Coordination: Assist in coordinating HR communication activities, developing engaging communication materials, organizing and taking part in key communication meetings. Monitor effectiveness and continuous improvement.
  • Project Assistance: Support a new HR and O initiative from a project management perspective and help set up a Community Journey within HR.
Requirements
  • Bachelor/HBO or master student in HR, Communications, Event Management, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, fluent in English (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently, and build and maintain a network and relationships.
  • Show initiative, flexible, and enjoy working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
  • Excellent planning and organizing abilities, and the ability to keep the overview.
